Dominata Kabessa Founder & Managing Director | Business Specialist BA (Hon) Accounting and Finance, Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy

Passionate about education and school leadership, Dominata combines her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a CPA qualification with over 10 years’ experience in school marketing, staff recruitment and safeguarding. Skill in social media strategy, she helps schools connect with exceptional educators and leaders while fostering safe, thriving learning environments.

Guy Cassarchis International Senior Education Consultant | M.Ed (Leadership & Management), B.Ed (PDHPE), Dip. Teach, MACE, MACEL, ICP

Guy is a highly accomplished international school leader with over 37 years of experience across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia. He has held senior roles including CEO/Headmaster, Principal, and Deputy Principal in Early Years to Year 12 settings. His leadership has contributed to whole-school improvement, international accreditation, strategic planning, policy development, school turnaround projects, leadership development and the establishment of new schools.

Guy works closely with school owners, boards, and leadership teams to support new school establishment, turnaround projects, academic excellence, and middle leadership mentoring. His deep understanding of international and Australian education systems, combined with his practical leadership experience, makes him a trusted advisor to schools seeking sustainable growth and high-impact transformation.

Having worked closely with ministries of education, delivering keynote addresses at global conferences, and leading schools to top-tier recognition, including a 5-Star Education Rating in Malaysia; Guy is deeply committed to creating inclusive, high-performing school environments and mentoring future leaders.

He is an active contributor to international education networks and serves on several advisory boards, including the International Council of Excellence and Zoala Wellbeing.

Justin Peter Adams International Senior Education Consultant | PGCSE (Business Studies), BA Strategic Economics (Honours)

Justin is an accomplished international school leader and educational consultant with over two decades of experience in teaching and school management across the UK and Asia.
As a former Principal and senior leader in multiple international schools in Malaysia, Justin has successfully guided institutions through complex accreditation processes, including CIS standards, and has led strategic school development initiatives. His expertise spans leadership recruitment, teacher development, governance consultancy, and innovative pedagogical practice, with a strong commitment to student wellbeing and academic excellence.

Justin’s strengths lie in fostering collaborative school cultures, coaching leaders, and middle managers, and aligning school policies and practices with global accreditation benchmarks. His deep knowledge of the international education landscape uniquely positions him to support schools across Asia in recruiting high-quality educators and navigating compliance and governance challenges.
